1. Clinic Services & Treatments

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees paid for appointments with our specialists are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible to reschedule or receive a refund, subject to management approval.

Aesthetic Treatments

Due to the personalized nature of aesthetic and cosmetic procedures, refunds cannot be provided after a treatment or procedure has been performed.

Results may vary from person to person, and individual outcomes do not qualify for a refund.

2. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may qualify for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“No Show”) may result in forfeiture of any advance payment.

3. Products Purchased Through the Online Store

We accept returns and refund requests for eligible products under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

Products may be returned if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is expired upon delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and supporting photographs may be required.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used cosmetic products

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return in accordance with this policy after receiving the product.

6. Promotional Offers & Gift Vouchers

Products, services, packages, gift vouchers, promotional offers, discounted treatments, and special packages may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

7. Refund Refusal

Apollo Aesthetic reserves the right to refuse refunds where:

  • Return conditions are not met.

  • Evidence suggests misuse, tampering, or unauthorized alteration of the product.

  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests are identified.
